Day 13. Rex met with us at 5 p.m. at the WCG office. As we sat on the kiddy rides, we reflected on our experiences. Rex asked us what we did, what we learned about ourselves, about God and about other people and what things we might change in our lives as a result of our trip to the Philippines. After the serious discussions, we went to Philcoa and experienced our first jeepney ride - to UP.

Dinner was at the WCG office with some relatives, Glory to the Lord Fellowship members and office staff joining in the sumptuous meal. At 7 p.m., a devotional send-off for the visiting team began. We were all asked to speak and sift through our experiences by sharing one lesson we learned during our trip. Carmel talked about wanting to be a missionary and Ben expressed his desire to come back to help his countrymen. Mike affirmed the positive changes in the lives of the teens with them, and he gave a short devotional on godly servants and Christ as our ultimate example of servanthood.

Ptr. Andrew Teng along with the members of the GLF pastoral team presented us with individual mementos. Mr. Guzon led the prayer of blessing for us. A hearty snack prepared by GLF was served as members said their goodbyes to us.
